Your mental health matters

Just like your physical health, it is as important to look after your mental health. Here at MCC, we care about the staff well-being and mental health. In our workplace, we have a breakout room for the staff well-being because we believe that a change of space is good for your mental health, whether it’s for a 5-minute pause from sat at your desk or a 45-minute lunch break.

Your mental health is one of the most important things, that’s why it is good to have at least one person in your workplace and at home to be able to talk to. Talking to others can vent emotions and your able to express the way you are feeling and thinking. Our breakout room is a safe place to talk to anyone at MCC, and we will always do our very best to help yourself feel your best again.
