Our repair service is available for a range of products from Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac etc) and other devices. Whether your device has experienced water damage, battery fault or a cracked screen, we aim to have your device repaired and returned within 2 weeks.

Our repair service is easy, we will have the device collected from you and sent to our service centre, and once it’s ready, we will have it returned to you. Our repair service collection/return fee is £30 (plus VAT) or it is free of charge if you are a MCC MyCare warranty customer, which covers you for up to 5 years, and your device will be collected and returned for no extra fee!

Once you book in your repair we will come and collect your device.
Your device will be taken to our service centre where it will be repaired.
We Return your Device to you
Your repaired device will be returned to you.
What is MyCare?
MCC’s MyCare warranty extends the manufactures warranty by up to 5 years. In the event of your device failing, MCC will send a courier to collect it from you.
It will then be repaired by a fully Apple certified MyCare service engineer and returned to you at no cost for complete peace of mind. MyCare is available across all of our product ranges.
How to Prepare your Device
Whether you are booking in an iPhone, iPad or Mac, it is important that you back up your device to protect against data loss*. We also ask that you turn off Apple's 'Find My' service as this can stop us from being able to repair your device.
Once booked in, please package your device securely and await collection. If you believe you have a device with a faulty battery, please also include the charger in your package. You will not need to package any other phone accessories for the repair.
