Warranties provide you with peace of mind, AppleCare offer a wide variety of warranties that are designed for the business sector. No matter what device you have or how many, AppleCare will have a warranty that suits you and your needs. 

On-Site Services

Onsite service coverage is available for two, three or four year from the date of your product purchase. You will also get to choose what service you would like to receive whether that is onsite service at your business location, which can be organised for the Next Working Day or you can receive support any of Apple's Authorised Service Providers across Apple's WorldWide Network. 

Device Repair and Replacement 

AppleCare for Enterprise can cover accidental damage to devices. Apple aims to repair or replace the device by the Next working Day but they can sometimes offer a same day service. Additionally, Apple can repair 4% of covered Macs, or up to 10% of covered iPad or iPhone devices, at no extra cost. 

Support for End Users

One of the key benefits of AppleCare for Enterprise is that it can help to reduce the workload of your internal IT help desk. This is achieved through Apple's over the phone unlimited technical support for end-users, which is available 24/7. Technical support can be provided for all Apple Hardware and Operating Systems including Apps such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers and Settings. 

AppleCare Help Desk

AppleCare Help Desk is designed to support you with any issues you may face. AppleCare is ideal for organisations that do not have an IT Team internally or if they are new to using Apple Products.

  • Unlimited telephone technical support  for both hardware and software diagnosis

  • troubleshooting and issue isolation for Apple-based solutions
