When you sign up with MCC Digital for your telecoms needs, you will be assigned to a dedicated MCC Account Manager. Their role is to support you throughout your journey with us, from product recommendations to upgrades. 

Your MCC Digital Account Manager will be your first point of call for any questions or issues you have. Our Account Managers have a range of duties including: 

  • Assisting your users with SIM swaps, username changes and other account updates

  • Building bespoke packages to best meet your organisations needs

  • Staying up to date with the latest package offerings from all networks to ensure you get the best deals

  • Adding new connections to your contracts

  • Managing your device upgrades

  • Liaising with network providers, ensuring credit checks and bundle orders are simple and straightforward

  • Carrying out regular reviews of your tariffs and planning for any upcoming expires

  • Providing you with your monthly invoices, so you always know how well the contract is working for you.
