Telephone Support
Technical staff are available to offer telephone services. For those technical queries which cannot be solved over the telephone, the item may need to be brought into the service workshop for further inspection and testing, so that the fault may be speedily diagnosed.

Our "Health-service", which is proving up most popular, is where we can literally "clean-up" your equipment from the inside out. We are then able to offer advice according to your individual requirements, which could involve upgrading your system, virus protection, utilities software, cross platform, connectivity or network solutions to name but a few.

Service Calls
Within the Service Centre, we appreciate the level of urgency on the customer's part should a hardware malfunction occur. It may not be possible for you to bring your machine into our workshop, in which case we could send an engineer to your premises to attend to the fault on site. Our ultimate aim is to get your system back up and running at peak performance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Support Plan
This is aimed primarily as a small business user and freelance publishers who require a quick solution to problems at an affordable price. Although this plan does not include on-site visits, it does provide the user with priority service when they bring the equipment into the workshop. Basically, the Support Plan offers a return to base service at a low cost and is structured to include telephone support and free labour.

On-Site Maintenance Agreements
The company strives to deliver efficient and enthusiastic support and service to all of our customers. A wide range of Maintenance Agreements are available which may be tailored to suit your company requirements and budget. Whether you are a large or small organisation, the computers you use play a critical role in your business. It is important to ensure that if a system failure occurs, you will have the right level of service and support to resolve them.
