Customers who experience problems within the first 90 days of their purchase can call our standard rate support line and receive complimentary technical advice from one of our fully qualified Apple Technicians.
Drop Off Centres
We appreciate the level of urgency on the customer's part should a hardware malfunction occur. It may not be possible for you to bring your machine along to our workshop, in which case you can drop your machine off at one of our retail outlets located in Chester and Hanley. Our ultimate aim is to get your system back up and running at peak performance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Diagnostic Service
We charge an initial inspection fee for all out of warranty Apple repairs. This will be collected from you prior to the diagnostic. We will diagnose your fault and if possible resolve the issue. Should your machine have a hardware fault we will supply you with a quote for the required parts & labour. On agreeing to proceed with your repair the inspection fee will be deducted from the total cost of repair.
Fast Track Service
Jump the queue with MCC's Fast Track Service - receive priority service on all in and out of warrant repairs. There is an additional charge for this service along with the inspection fee. Units will be assessed within a 24 hour period and repaired subject to parts availability.
Note: This service is only available when computers are booked in at our Warrington repair centre.
Data Backup / Transfer
We will backup your data from an existing machine, or transfer your files and documents to a new hard drive or computer.
Data Recovery
Our data recovery services, offers fast, cost-effective data recovery solutions for all Apple Mac, and iOS devices.
iPad 1 & 2 Screen Replacement
This repair is to replace the front screen (digitizer) if it has been cracked or no longer responds to touch.
Please contact our repair centre for an estimated cost of repair.
iPod touch 2nd, 3rd and 4th Gen
