MYOB AccountEdge does all the double-entry accounting behind the scenes for you, so you just fill in the familiar on-screen forms and click ‘Record’ when you’re done. When you want to learn how to edit or delete the transaction, or any other task, a quick step-by-step guide is just a couple of clicks away from every window.

Manage all your sales and purchases
MYOB AccountEdge’s sales and purchase systems are easy to use and can be adapted to the way your business works. Create quotes, orders and invoices, and choose from several customisable invoice layouts, including service, item and professional. You can easily schedule your recurring invoices and purchases - simply set them up once and be reminded when they are due, or automatically have MYO AccountEdge record them for you. You can also handle complex transactions, including deposits, discounts, returns, credits and adjustments notes. Control the amount of credit you extend to customers with optional credit limit warnings and place customers on credit hold until payment is received. You will also be able to instantly create a Purchase Order from a Sales Order or Quote.

When you choose to send an invoice by email, MYOB AccountEdge automatically enters a subject line and message for you and attaches the invoice as a PDF document. You can then use your internal email system to send it with other emails. You can also email reports to your accountant and business partners.

Perform fast bank reconciliations
MYOB AccountEdge can also import bank and credit card statements that have been downloaded from the internet and then automatically reconcile the matching transactions for you. If you make a mistake when reconciling your bank statement, you can fix the error instantly with the Undo Reconciliation button.

Connect with Microsoft Office for Mac and Apple Address Book
MYOB AccountEdge Plus seamlessly connects to Microsoft Office for Mac 2004 and 2008 and helps to keep your contacts up to date with nease by synchronising your MYOB Card File with your Apple Address Book contacts. Create personalised letters for customer-focused marketing and communication with Microsoft Word, and send your reports to Microsoft Excel for refined data analysis.

MYOB AccountEdge offers full manufacturing build and back-ordering capabilities, and automatically builds or back-orders items with quantities below preset stock levels.
