Delivery

Our best endeavors will be made to deliver all products within 5 working days via either Royal Mail or a selected courier service.

This commitment is ONLY available on items which are in stock at our warehouse.

We will try to deliver the goods to you within the time estimated for delivery. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to deliver them within 30 days beginning with the day after the date of the agreement between us.

If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within the 30 days beginning with the day after agreement:

1. We shall inform you by email;

2. We shall make a further offer to you by email to sell you the goods of specification and description at the price stated in the email.

3. Unless you accept the offer we will reimburse any sum paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the agreement within a period of 30 days beginning with the day after the day on which the time for delivery expired.

Where an item is not available and you elect to proceed with the order for that item following contact by one of our sales representatives then our best endeavors will be made to deliver those products within 2-4 days following receipt of the products within our warehouse.

For security reasons we can only deliver products to the card holder's/account holder's address and further verbal or written confirmation may be required should we feel that it is necessary.

You should note that our carrier requires immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to goods and you should inspect the goods upon receipt and report any loss or damage to the carrier immediately.

Free delivery applies to mainland UK areas only. Delivery charges will apply to remote areas of the country. WE DO NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK.
